Quarterly planning sessions

Quarterly planning happens in the first two weeks of each quarter. The process:

  1. Week 1: Community leads submit OKR proposals
  2. Week 2: Leadership reviews, aligns, and finalizes
  3. Quarter kickoff: Announce OKRs to full community
Archive old notes

At the end of each quarter, archive meeting notes to Google Drive and start fresh. Keep only the current quarter's notes active in Slack.
